We provide energy storage systems, mobile EV charging robots, EV charging stations, V2V charging equipment, and related solutions for commercial and industrial customers. Our Services include product sales, system design, installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Orders and Payments

When you place an order through our website, you agree to pay the specified price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance.

• Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement
• Returns: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for defective items

6. Warranty

Our energy storage systems come with a 5-year warranty, and mobile charging robots come with a 3-year warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Extended warranty options are available.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayboco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Qingdao City, Shandong Province.

9. Termination

We may terminate these Terms or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, you must cease using our Services.
